OUR CATERING SERVICE
Founded in 2016 by Dominique Gassin, Judy is committed to sustainable food and claims a qualitative cuisine focused on the taste of good products and the conscious choice of what is good for oneself, for others and for the planet.
Our catering service offers 100% gluten-free, seasonal recipes made from organic and/or local ingredients, in individual or shared formats.
Our menu includes flexitarian, vegetarian, vegan and lactose-free dishes.
TALK & COLLABORATION
Dominique Gassin, our founder, naturopath and micro-nutritionist, organizes workshops and conferences on the benefits of naturopathy and healthy eating in our daily lives.
